What is ocd?

Living with OCD can make it feel as though your mind is constantly demanding certainty in a world where certainty doesn't exist. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. We'll work to understand how OCD shows up in your life while building the confidence to respond differently to intrusive thoughts instead of being controlled by them.
I integrate Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) with CBT, support, mindfulness, and somatic techniques to support both the cognitive and nervous system aspects of OCD. My goal is to help you reduce the grip OCD has on your daily life so you can spend less energy managing fear and more energy engaging in the relationships, experiences, and future that are meaningful to you.
